Dolce got sick soon after being adopted and was taken to a private vet. The vet told the owner that he had pneumonia and prescribed a treatment plan, but the vet stated that Dolce was so sick that he would likely die. His owner was so upset she brought Dolce back. He was then seen by the shelter vet who ran a test for valley fever, just to rule it out. Shelter vet said that the pneumonia was cured and all treatment worked.

Dolce is healthy and home. The owner could not be happier.
