Jaffar was picked up by Animal Control in very poor condition. He had been badly abused and severely beaten. Immediately  \J a series of tests were ordered and showed his platelet levels were dangerously low, He had a terrible dental infection, some broken teeth and he was super weak and suffering from an Upper Respiratory Infection.  With the help of Two Pups and a lot of TLC from a dedicated foster mom, Jaffar got the help he needed.
