This puppy “Lucky” came in as a stray with a broken femur.  X-rays were taken.  We determined that with the right equipment and orthopedic know-how, it wouldn’t be too difficult to repair. Therefore, the leg gets surgery rather than amputation.  So they called for financial assistance with the medical bill and we stepped up.
