Toby was returned to his owners today. They were all excited and in tears. Toby has been diagnosed with epilepsy and the family is facing financial hard times. Although they understand TwoPups cannot sponsor long term care, they felt that the 1 time assistance would be enough to give them time to prepare. We have provided them with a vet visit for exam and stabilization, along with a 30 day supply of meds.

Toby’s owner stated that will give them time to save and prepare financially for future care. The clinic they had originally gone to quoted them $120 monthly for meds alone. With the help of MCACC clinic staff, we were able to provide them with contacts for lower cost pharmacies. We were able to get them quoted at under $40 monthly for the same meds.  They were very grateful and will be seen today at Pet Urgent care. On a side note….Pet Urgent Care is awesome! They really make is easy to provide the kind of service we want Toby and his family to get!
